Terms & Conditions
In order to confirm an individual booking, we require our guests to pay a non-refundable deposit of Euro 250 per person. We will hold the reservation for up to 7 days to allow the guest time to send the deposit payment. The balance will be required at least 45 days prior to the date of arrival in order to guarantee the booking. If a booking is made less than 45 days before arrival, full payment is required in advance to confirm the booking.
If the cancellation occurs 90 days or more from the date of arrival the deposit may be used towards a future booking within 1 year of the initial booking. If the cancellation occurs 45-90 days from the date of arrival, the deposit is forfeited. If the cancellation occurs less than 45 days for any reason the deposit/ payment will be forfeited. In the case of a late arrival for any reason (eg.: flight delay or cancellation), there will be no refund for unused services.
Deposits and payments from overseas must be paid by bank transfer in Euro or credit card (Visa or Mastercard) at this time. The transfer cost from the sending bank must be paid by the sender. It is the responsibility of the sender to ensure that the full payment arrives at our bank.

Payment at the resort for extra services can be made in cash (Rupiah or Euros) or credit card (Visa or Mastercard).
Traveler’s cheques are not accepted at this time.
