Terms and Conditions
Reservation
In order to confirm an individual booking, we request our guests to pay US$ 150 per person as a deposit. We will hold the reservation for up to 7 days to allow the guest time to send the deposit payment. The balance will be required 30 days prior to the date of arrival in order to guarantee the booking. If a booking is made less than 30 days before arrival, full payment is required in advance to confirm the booking.
Cancellation
If the cancellation occurs 30 days or more from the date of arrival the deposit may be used towards a future booking within 1 year of the initial booking. If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days for any reason the deposit/ payment will be forfeited.
Payment
Deposits and payments from overseas must be paid by bank transfer in US Dollars at this time. The transfer cost from the sending bank must be paid by the sender.

Payment at the resort for extra services can be made by credit card (Visa or MasterCard only) or in cash (Rupiah, US Dollars or Euros). US dollars must be 2004 or newer and in good shape; not worn, stamped, torn or with staple holes. Traveler’s cheques are not accepted at this time.
